We primarily ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which offers reliable and affordable delivery across the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods).

Pre-Orders
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page. We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any changes to the expected availability.

Shipping Exceptions & Delays
While we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, exceptions may occur due to:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bootleggersupplymn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
